I finally have a system that is fast enough to handle DA's new format. I don't visit very often anyway, but really, do you think about the sad people with 8-year-old iMacs who, despite having very fast internet, can't actually HANDLE it? At least my mail server has an option to
keep the classic format.

But anyway! None of that matters anymore. I am out of the dark ages of computing speed, and into the, well, maybe Industrial Revolution. Yes, I now have a 4-year-old Dell laptop with Ubuntu! Confusing, yes, but got it for less than $100. (and by that I mean my dad bought it off his girlfriend when she bought a new desktop)

My creative pursuits of late are more in the music sphere than art/writing, but my goal this summer is to write again. We'll see where that takes me.

For now I have to catch up on the QI that I missed while on too slow computer, suffer 6 weeks left of the semester, and search for a new apartment.
